Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 August 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Dealora ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and platform. By using Dealora, you agree to the practices described here.
2. Information we collect
We collect account information (name, email, company), the requirement documents and content you upload to generate proposals (PDFs, transcripts, chat exports, recordings), usage data, and payment metadata processed by our payment provider — we do not store full card numbers.
3. How we use it
We use this information to generate proposals, quotes, contracts, and invoices on your behalf; to operate, maintain, and improve the platform; and to send service communications such as billing notices and product updates.
4. AI processing of your data
Client requirement documents you upload are processed by AI models to extract requirements and generate proposal content. [Specify here whether this data is used to train shared/foundation models, or is processed in isolation per customer and never used for training — this decision materially changes the policy and should be confirmed before publishing.]
5. Sharing with third parties
We share data with sub-processors required to operate the service: cloud hosting, AI model providers, payment processing, and transactional email delivery. [List each sub-processor by name.] We do not sell personal data.
6. Data retention
We retain uploaded requirement documents and generated proposals for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time — see "Your rights" below.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the site and privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel and logged.
9. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
11. Children's privacy
Dealora is a business tool not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice.
